Back Order Policy

  • All items are shipped promptly, except where noted “Special Order” or “Exchange Only”.

  • We will automatically backorder the item if it is not in stock but it is expected within a short period of time.

  • If you do not wish any items backordered, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform the sales person at the time of placing the order otherwise backorders will be charged & shipped at the time of arrival.

  • All backorders will incur freight charges at the time of shipping.

  • If the item remains on backorder longer than 30 days, the customer will be notified when the item arrives and they will have the option to reorder the item at that time.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of backorders.

  • The shipping charges remain the responsibility of the customer for any duplicated backorders or orders refused because they are no longer needed.

  • If a backorder is no longer needed, be sure to cancel it and avoid unnecessary shipping charges.
